This is our lot--all .39 acres of it. We are so excited to start digging on Monday. Yesterday Matt and I signed the construction loan papers and now we are the proud owners of this dirt. We have felt so blessed in the process. We found out yesterday that between the discount the builders gave us, the sweat equity we will do (cabinets finish work etc.) and our $$$down payment we will end up having 20% down when the home is built which means no private mortgage insurance. It is all working out so well

Our Dirt

That is so exciting! I heard it is in Hyde Park - Where at?? We just bought a house there and we are supposed to move by the end of the month. Crazy!!! How long will it take to build yours? Logan keeps asking about Spencer and Dallin. We should get together sometime!
Yippie!! I can't wait until we can have dirt of our own. But alas, it looks like three more years until that point. The only dirt I will be owning is in my flower pots. I am excited to hear about the upcoming events taking place with your dirt. We sure miss you. :)
